I joined WT Partnership – Guernsey as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in 1993 and have now worked in the Channel Islands for almost thirty years.  I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Prior to working on the island, I had eight years’ experience working for professional practices. Based in Yorkshire, I worked upon a wide variety of projects in my career. These include leisure, industrial, offices, retail and housing. I have also worked in both the public and private sector as well as for a building contracting organisation.

I possess extensive experience of procurement methods and forms of contract across a variety of projects and have built up extensive experience in the cost planning of projects in the Channel Islands and elsewhere.
