I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry. Throughout the majority of this time I have been in private practice whilst also working for developers and contractors.

My principal role is the production and overseeing of standards for cost planning within WT Partnership. Over the years I have acquired extensive experience of cost planning and commercial management of residential, commercial, and aviation sectors, as well end user fit out, and the associated public realm and utilities infrastructure reinforcement, with project values ranging from £100,000 to £3 billion.

I played an integral part in the Elephant Park regeneration scheme, which incorporated green spaces, play areas, public squares, district heating network, estate roads and cycle paths.

I have recently been heavily involved with Modern Methods of Construction, Modular Buildings, and Innovation working groups. I was made a Director of WT Partnership in 2018.
