A new residential tower comprising 89 apartments in a 27 storey tower of approximately 7,000m2 gifa alongside the River Wandle. The scheme comprises communal outdoor areas with secure space for bicycles.
The compact apartments are designed to suit the busy lifestyle of first-time buyers at affordable prices – at an average of 20% lower than the surrounding market price. WT Partnership is currently involved on a number of similar schemes on behalf of Pocket Living.
