A new acute general hospital being built on a 16 acres (6.5 hectares) site in Grove Lane at Smethwick near Birmingham.

Following Carillion’s demise, the project has remained unfinished.  WT Partnership were appointed as Cost Advisor to assist in the completion of the project under the NEC4 Target Cost contract.
