Grandview will be home to seven adults who have autistic spectrum conditions and receive residential support. The unit will include separate apartments for those who can live more independently and a central courtyard to provide more outside space within the care setting.
The project has been procured through competitive market tender under the JCT Form of Contract with Contractor Design Portion.
The project is designed using timber framed construction with extensive external rendered elevations. The contract requires a stringent interface with on-going adjacent developments.
