I have worked as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager / Director and Employers Agent for over 30 years both in London and here in the Channel Islands.
My initial experience was gained predominantly in the PQS arena but I have historically provided support services for major building contractors.
I have delivered a wide variety of projects in my career including offices, retail, high end housing, leisure facilities. I have provided consultancy services to the rail industry specialising in the delivery of signalling infrastructure and I also provided consultancy services to the MOD.
My skillset encompasses all aspects of pre and post contract activities, including; feasibility, cost planning, procurement advice, tender/contract procurement, negotiation of final account, settlement of disputes.
