I have worked at WT Partnership for over eight years. Possessing solid experience of both pre-contract and post-contract processes, I have often worked on projects from their initial feasibility stage through to final account stage. My more recent experience has involved working on large and complicated projects such as Centre Point and Leon House as Project Quantity Surveyor, or in the dual role of Project Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent on projects such as Haverstock Hill and 61 Curzon Street. All of my recent experience has been in the Central London market.

I possess a strong background of residential experience and have supplemented this in recent years with experience as both an Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on office schemes as well. I have demonstrated leadership qualities, often being the main project QS or EA with the ability to utilise a team of colleagues in the office as support. I am well versed in two-stage procurement practices, cost planning and advising on schemes to suit a client’s budgetary requirement. I have kept abreast of recent market trends and benchmarking data in the offices and residential sectors, which is then used in cost advice such as feasibility studies.

My post-contract duties have involved regularly reporting to client’s against budgets and agreeing variations, valuations, and final accounts. Over the years a full range of Quantity Surveying services experience has been acquired, from initial Feasibility Studies through to agreement of final accounts on both new build and refurbishment projects.
