This HCA Funded project provides 26 Supported Living Bungalows for over 55’s in Bilsthorpe Nottinghamshire.
The site occupies a narrow strip of infill land on the edge of the village.
The project benefits from a 4m high timber crib-lock wall arrangement which maximises available site area yet maintains level access to front and rear and flat garden areas.
The attractive design compliments other retirement properties in the area. The units achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, predominantly by achieving high levels of insulation and air-tightness alongside Air Source Heat Pumps and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery.
