Director
I possess over thirty years’ experience within the Quantity Surveying profession. My introduction to the field came with a role at Dauncey Lynde Mellstrom & Bass, now part of Cyril Sweet.
After a brief spell onsite at a power station with D L & E, I spent three years in Queensland, Australia with Rider Hunt and Partners and during this time became involved with a variety of projects in both pre and post contract roles.
After returning to England in 1985, I joined WT Partnership and was initially involved in cost planning and pre-contract work on a variety of projects. I quickly progressed to the position of Associate Director and was involved in a number of international projects on location in Spain, Italy, the Caribbean and Africa. The aforementioned projects themselves included offices, business parks, hotels, retail and leisure centres, residential as well as industrial buildings, and hospitals.
I became a holding Board Director in 1991 and have experience within all aspects of the financial management of major construction projects.
In recent years I have worked on a number of projects in various sectors, including; residential, leisure, hotel and student accommodation schemes and set up a new office for WT Partnership in Belfast.
