I joined WT Partnership in 2001. Possessing over thirty years’ experience, I have delivered a variety of high-profile projects covering all aspects of Quantity Surveying to the utmost standards. 

My experience covers multiple sectors, including education, commercial, health, veterinary and residential whilst my main speciality and focus during recent years has been the education sector. This includes schools in both the state and independent sectors and Higher Education. The work has ranged from small refurbishments to major redevelopment schemes.  

I utilise my experience of working for many different clients during my career to the benefit of all project teams I work with, not least when giving both sound professional and cost advice. Being the Director for Education I bring my experience to both the Croydon head office whilst also supporting the regional offices where required. Testament to the success of our education team is the amount of repeat business we continue to generate. 

As well as being a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and PRINCE 2 practitioner, I have also completed an MSc on the Strategic Management of Projects. The emphasis of the course was to consider what makes a project successful and examining why projects fail. The focus was very much on the use of strategy, value, collaborative working, innovation, communication, technology, efficiency in the supply chain and the management of risk to ensure consistent project success. What this means is that I have acquired a great knowledge and understanding of the project environment. Subsequently, I believe this makes me a very useful asset to any project team.
