Telford Shopping centre is one of the largest covered centres in the UK spanning 70 acres, comprising of more than 170 units and car parking for 3,600 vehicles. Popular high street stores include Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, House of Fraser and Primark. A five year redevelopment strategy has been put into place which aims to increase income and value.
