A dining hall and classroom extension project at Manor Croft Academy in Dewsbury

New build office space (Grade A) developed for Akoya London and Feldberg Capital 2024. This circa 42,000 sq. ft. (GIA) project stands as a testament to innovation and excellence in construction.

Supports the quick and easy procurement of the right consultants and professional services for public sector projects of any value, both large and small. Simple, flexible and fully compliant, the framework includes 75 carefully selected providers, split across 19 different lots and 7 regional areas. Client’s can either appoint a single national provider using Lot 1, or individually through Lots 2-19.

Bollo Lane is a landmark building comprising a 14, 8 and 3 storey tower.

A new residential tower comprising 89 apartments in a 27 storey tower of approximately 7,000m2 gifa alongside the River Wandle. The scheme comprises communal outdoor areas with secure space for bicycles.

The scheme comprised the design and construction a new six screen cinema and four in-line restaurants (A3/A4 use) and five additional units in A3/A5 use, together with an underpass, highway works, surface car park and landscaping (including a drainage attenuation pond and services).

WT Partnership provided Cost Management, Employers Agent and Principal Designer services for this new development retaining the existing facades of the historic 1920’s landmark on Leicester Square.

A new standalone arena built within the existing Millennium Dome, providing a fully international standard multi-event centre which is the most technically and acoustically advanced concert venue in Europe.

WT Partnership are providing Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services for the redevelopment by Almacantar Limited of the Grade II listed, 34 storey Centre Point Tower in Oxford Street, London.

WT Partnership provided Project Management / Employer’s Agent services for the construction of a new performing arts building, sixth form block and sports hall for Channing School for Girls in Highgate to enhance their existing sports and arts facilities.
