The ideal candidate should however have some knowledge of managing and delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion on construction projects, in a client facing as well as technical role. About You

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Predominately been operating within the traditional construction sectors
  • Qualified or working towards MRICS.

  • Be a good communicator (written and verbal) who interacts well with Clients and other Consultants
  • Ability and desire to mentor others

We currently have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor in our Nottingham Office.

With an increasing workload over a wide range of projects our busy City Centre office seeks an additional team member. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience up to a Chartered Senior with several years under their belt, who will fit in well with our friendly team and be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from cost planning and pre-contract documentation to final account,

KEY PURPOSE

We currently have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, operating out of our Northern Hub (located within a commutable distance of either Manchester or Leeds).

With an increasing workload over a wide range of projects our busy Northern hub seeks an additional team member. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally with experience in the Residential sector, who will fit in well with our friendly team and be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from inception to completion, leading the day to day delivery of projects. Candidates must be demonstrably comfortable leading complex, large projects with significant client facing experience.

Our recent merging of the Manchester and Leeds resource base into one combined Northern Hub present us with a large resource pool and broad range of projects, in dynamic and active markets. We are continuing to develop and grow and excellent opportunities exist for individuals who are enthusiastic, forward thinking, highly motivated and capable of making rapid career progress.

A clear progression path will be identified for the right individual to progress to Associate Director level through the agreement of personal objectives linked to the business objectives in region.

ABOUT YOU
