SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

In my role as Senior Associate Director, I provide cost advisor services to our healthcare clients on a range of projects, from complex refurbishments to new hospitals. I am particularly experienced in pre-contract services such as cost planning and business case support for projects up to a value of £1bn.  I have over 13 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with over 7 of those specialising in healthcare. I find the healthcare sector extremely rewarding as I am passionate about delivering robust cost management and high quality client care to the public sector. I hold MRICS status and am also an NEC4 Accredited Project Manager.

I lead one of the healthcare teams in our Sheffield office and take an active role in resource and people management. WT has afforded me the opportunity to develop my leadership skills and interest in development and training; I am a member of our Operational Support Group for Training and Development which consults on how to best support our staff with appropriate CPD and training opportunities.

I also lead our APC Support Group which provides guidance and a supportive framework to our RICS APC candidates. As part of this, I develop regular internal CPD content, review submissions, sit on mock interview panels and provide one-to-one advice and counsel to candidates across the business.
