With over two decades of Quantity Surveying experience, I provide a depth of knowledge and a technical capability that benefits even the most challenging of projects. I offer strong technical and contractual capabilities combined with strong client facing communication skills.

I am knowledgeable across all project stages from feasibility through to project completion and have been involved in a range of construction schemes of varying sizes in the commercial, education and residential sectors. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate my business sense, professional focus and ability to get things right first time. I am currently delivering Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services on several large and challenging projects across a number of sectors.

I will receive the project briefing from the Client and ask questions to ensure a full understanding. I will make suggestions where applicable, along with attending key meetings to ensure a full knowledge of the project. I will provide a hands-on and day-to-day point of contact for the Client and the Design team and will take a lead on all aspects to ensure that the scheme is delivered to the Clients key requirements.

Currently I am WT’s strategic lead on residential, infrastructure and logistics whilst supporting the business in the commercial office and education sectors.
