In my role as an Associate Director, I oversee one of our key clients the MoJ as regional lead and provide cost consultancy services on a wide variety of MoJ projects. WT has helped me develop my career from supporting me through the APC when I initially joined and provided me the opportunity to work on various projects and with experienced colleagues that have always provided the support and allowed me to progress my career.
What I find most rewarding is when I am able to provide support to my colleagues, be that their APC and route towards becoming Chartered or providing my knowledge on the day-to-day projects and at the same time contributing towards our business objectives by investing in our staff.
