Alan is a respected project development and facilities management leader with more than 30 years of experience working across the retail, hospitality and residential sectors in the UK. He joined WT a decade ago, progressing from Senior Associate Director.
His extensive landlord experience spans major retail destinations throughout the UK, including Telford Shopping Centre, Ashley Shopping Centre in Epsom and St Enoch Centre in Glasgow, as well as numerous shopping centres developed during his time working with Westfield.
On the tenant side, Alan’s expertise is heavily focused on travel retail, with significant experience delivering projects within airports and Network Rail locations. Much of his work has centred on major brands such as World Duty Free and HMS Host.
Stakeholder management and effective handover of projects to end-user teams is his priority to ensure safe, successful and seamless delivery of projects with minimum disruption to staff and public.
