Before joining WT Partnership, he held director‑level positions in both consultancy and contracting environments, giving him a rounded perspective on commercial delivery, procurement, risk, and stakeholder management. Since joining WT, Andrew has led teams across the West Midlands, supporting clients throughout the full development lifecycle and ensuring high‑quality, commercially robust outcomes.
