With more than 20 years at WT, he specialises in healthcare estates, cost advisory, business case development, procurement, risk management and strategic planning.
Andrew has successfully led complex NHS capital projects across London and the South of England, providing trusted advice to executive teams on investment decisions, master planning and large-scale estate developments, including programmes aligned to the Government’s New Hospital Programme.
