Charlotte has more than 26 years’ experience in bids, marketing and business development across the construction industry.
Since joining WT in 2000, she has played a central role in securing new opportunities by coordinating bids, shaping proposal strategies and helping teams present their work clearly and confidently.
Working closely with project leads and technical specialists, Charlotte brings together well‑structured, compelling submissions that highlight WT’s strengths and reflect what clients value most.
Charlotte also acts as a key point of contact for WT’s frameworks, managing client communication, ensuring compliance and keeping internal teams aligned with framework requirements. Her proactive approach ensures consistency, clarity and effective collaboration across framework activity.
In addition to her responsibilities at WT, Charlotte serves as Chair of the Pall Mall Property Club, fostering industry connections, supporting knowledge exchange and helping shape discussions across the property and construction sectors.
