Holding a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, he brings strong commercial leadership and a collaborative approach to complex projects.
His expertise spans cost management, commercial strategy and programme delivery across all project stages. More recently, Chris has led the capital investment programme for a major banking client, providing strategic advice, robust cost control and commercial oversight to support successful project outcomes.
