Chris is a Director with over 20 years of experience in major new‑build and refurbishment projects across healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors.
With a strong background in commercial management and project delivery, he brings extensive expertise in both pre‑ and post‑construction activities.
He holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is an accredited NEC4 Project Manager.
Chris has substantial experience working with a wide range of procurement routes and contract forms, including NEC and JCT, as well as on major Design & Build projects and public sector frameworks such as NHS ProCure frameworks and NHP projects.
Known for his pragmatic approach and technical depth, Chris supports clients in navigating contractual complexity, managing risk and ensuring robust commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
