Chris is the Managing Director of WTP Germany and WTP Italy, and an experienced architect (registered as a German Architect) with a strong track record in international project delivery and advisory services across the real estate and construction sector.
With a professional foundation in the construction industry and academic studies in architecture at the University of Stuttgart, BTU Brandenburg, Politecnico di Milano and SUNY in the United States, he brings both broad technical expertise and a global perspective to complex developments.
Chris has delivered and supported numerous projects across Europe and internationally, including several years with WT Partnership Italy, where he gained extensive experience in cross‑border project environments and sophisticated, design‑led schemes.
As Managing Director across both Germany and Italy, he leads teams, advises clients and oversees the successful delivery of projects across all stages. His core areas of expertise include technical due diligence, building technology, project management and construction cost control.
