David is a Director for WT Partnership in the UK and Europe with extensive experience leading teams on public (NHS) healthcare strategy and delivery for the past 35 years.
He is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS) with a master’s degree in project management and is recognised for his expertise in the strategic planning , business case preparation, design and delivery of complex healthcare projects and programmes. David combines strong skills in stakeholder management with a hands-on co-ordinated approach ensuring clarity of project and programme briefs which deliver structure and robust governance.
David has successfully worked across tertiary, acute, community, mental health and primary care development on both publicly funded and privately financed projects in the UK, Libya and Oman and previously led WT’s Project management group for healthcare.
