Dean is a Joint Managing Director for WT Partnership in the UK & Europe and a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in property, construction and project management.
He has worked across central and local government, higher education, aviation, commercial development, blue‑light services and the NHS, advising clients on major capital programmes and complex organisational change.
Throughout his career, Dean has championed innovation and effective governance, helping clients achieve strategic, commercial and operational objectives. His strengths lie in lateral thinking, problem‑solving and guiding projects from early strategy through to successful delivery.
Dean leads WT’s public sector business across the UK and has provided high‑level strategic, commercial and procurement advice to a wide range of government bodies and agencies. He has also worked internationally, supporting both public and private sector clients across Europe and Australia.
