With a strong foundation in employee relations and a career that spans both large organisations and SMEs across varied sectors, she combines both technical expertise with broad commercial insight.
Originally specialising in employee relations, she has evolved into a true HR generalist, leading across the full people agenda including organisational development, talent management, engagement, and policy governance. She partners closely with senior leaders to provide clear, commercially aligned advice that supports both business performance and a positive employee experience.
Her varied sector experience enables her to apply best practice thinking while remaining agile and responsive to the unique needs of the business.
