Ian is an Executive Director with over 22 years of experience dedicated exclusively to healthcare projects, delivering major programmes across all procurement routes and project stages.
He has extensive expertise in ProCure frameworks, having managed and advised on more than 150 projects as PSCP, Trust Cost Advisor and Project Manager.
An NEC3 and NEC4 accredited professional, Ian’s background includes traditional procurement, PFI, LIFT, Trust advisory roles and complex capital investment schemes. Since joining WT’s Executive Management Team in 2024, he leads the firm’s health sector offering; one of the largest sectors within the business.
