He has led multidisciplinary teams across high‑end hotel and leisure schemes, luxury residential developments, mixed‑use and build‑to‑rent projects, as well as major commercial office fit‑outs. His background also includes public sector experience across education and healthcare.
As co‑lead of WT Partnership’s residential project management offering, James leverages extensive experience across multiple residential sub‑sectors, providing clients with strategic advice and delivery expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
