Kevin is a Director for WT Partnership in London with extensive experience in pre‑contract cost planning and post‑contract cost management.
He is responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion across a wide range of sectors, working under various procurement routes and delivery models.
With a Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Kevin has over 20 years of industry experience and achieved Chartered status (MRICS) in 2010. Since joining WT in 2015, he has delivered multiple commercial development projects for private investment clients, including both new‑build and refurbishment schemes involving complex building and mechanical and electrical services.
Kevin has a strong track record in managing programme budgets and cash flow, supported by clear reporting to clients and key stakeholders. Alongside core cost management services, he brings additional expertise in value management, risk analysis and contract administration, including delivery through an Employer’s Agent role.
Kevin is also an active member of WT’s ESG Group, where he leads on environmental initiatives, including the management and reporting of WT’s carbon emissions.
