Kirby is WT Partnership’s Head of Corporate Health & Safety and brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in Health & Safety since the introduction of the CDM Regulations in 1995.
He has delivered Health & Safety services across a wide range of sectors, from healthcare to commercial and residential, undertaking Principal Designer, Client CDM Advisor and Occupational Health & Safety Advisor roles.
With a background spanning building surveying, quantity surveying and project management, Kirby brings a strong combination of technical capability and practical on‑site understanding. His multidisciplinary experience underpins his design, compliance and risk‑management expertise, and supports seamless collaboration within project teams.
At WT Partnership, Kirby provides strategic Health & Safety leadership to the Executive Management Team, ensuring robust governance, consistency and best practice across the business.
