Martin is a Joint Managing Director for WT Partnership in the UK & Europe and a project delivery specialist with over 30 years of experience leading complex, high-specification and capital-intensive developments.
With a Master’s Degree in Project Management, he is recognised for his expertise in the front-end strategic setup of major projects, guiding clients from early inception through planning and into successful delivery across all major commercial sectors and asset types.
He has extensive experience working on listed buildings and developments in sensitive heritage contexts, giving him deep insight into planning strategy, statutory processes and early-stage risk management. Martin combines strong contractual literacy with a hands-on, coordinated approach, ensuring clarity, structure and robust governance across fast-paced and high-value programmes.
As part of the UK & Europe leadership team, Martin plays a key role in setting strategic direction and supporting the consistent, high-quality delivery of WT’s services across the region.
