Matt is a Director for WT Partnership in the UK & Europe and the firm’s Sports and Venues Lead and a pre‑contract specialist with over 30 years of experience leading and unlocking complex, high‑value developments across the public and private sectors.
A Chartered Surveyor, he is recognised for his early‑stage strategic insight and his ability to support clients from initial acquisition advice through to the delivery of turnkey facilities. With strong expertise in construction law, cost planning and tender documentation, Matt is a firm advocate of partnered relationships that deliver long‑term business value.
He has managed successful, long‑standing client relationships across sport and leisure, commercial development and major capital programmes both in the UK and internationally.
As part of the UK & Europe leadership team, Matt plays a key role in setting strategic direction and supporting the consistent, high‑quality delivery of WT’s services across the region.
