Nigel is a Healthcare Director at WT Partnership with over 35 years of experience in the quantity surveying profession, including more than 19 years with WT.
He provides commercial leadership and strategic advice across a wide range of healthcare projects and capital programmes.
In addition to delivering core quantity surveying services, Nigel works closely with clients and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle, helping to maximise value and support successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.
Nigel leads a team of quantity surveyors working predominantly across the healthcare sector for NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers. His team’s experience also extends to the hospitality sector and specialist environments, including projects for the Zoological Society of London at London and Whipsnade Zoo.
As a Healthcare Director, Nigel plays a key role in shaping WT Partnership’s healthcare offering, supporting the strategic direction and continued growth of the sector across the business.
