Nigel is a Director at WT Partnership with over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, including more than 15 years with WT.
He has built an extensive track record delivering high‑value residential, commercial, education, retail and healthcare projects across Guernsey, Jersey and Alderney.
Prior to relocating to the Channel Islands, Nigel worked in London providing commercial consultancy services to the rail industry and Ministry of Defence on major infrastructure and real estate programmes.
He subsequently spent over two decades working within Guernsey’s private sector, specialising in the delivery of high‑end residential and commercial developments.
His expertise spans the full range of cost management and quantity surveying services, from early budget advice and cost planning through procurement, commercial management and dispute resolution to project completion.
As well as his role as Director, Nigel is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and serves as WT Partnership’s Company Secretary, supporting the governance and strategic direction of the business.
