Having progressed at WT Partnership from Quantity Surveyor to Director and ultimately Joint Managing Director, he brings deep technical insight and proven strategic leadership to every stage of the development process.
Over his career, Paul has guided major programmes across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, public sector and complex mixed‑use schemes. His expertise spans cost management, project governance, commercial strategy and organisational leadership, with a strong reputation for delivering clarity, stability and performance on large‑scale programmes.
