Phillip is a Director at WT Partnership with over 26 years of experience across facilities management consultancy, project management and the built environment.
Having started his career in building surveying, he developed a strong foundation in building pathology, due diligence and asset performance, which continues to inform his strategic approach to project delivery and operational management.
His expertise spans procurement, contract compliance, lifecycle planning and the delivery of construction projects through all stages of development. Phillip advises clients across both the public and private sectors, including healthcare, justice, commercial office and residential environments, helping organisations maximise value and performance throughout the life of their assets.
Holding an MBA in Construction and Real Estate, Phillip takes a broad, commercially focused approach to the advice he provides. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and the Association for Project Management (FAPM), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and industry best practice.
Phillip also leads WT’s Soft Landings service, helping clients enhance building performance through greater engagement with end users, operators and maintenance teams from the earliest stages of project development.
Outside of work, Phillip volunteers as a British Cycling Commissaire and a signaller for the Bluebell Railway.
