Richard has 25 years of experience across the residential, healthcare, higher education, industrial and commercial sectors in the UK and Australia.
Operating from WT’s Manchester office, Richard leads on delivery of Project Monitoring, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services to both public and private sector clients with particular strengths in cost planning and preparation of bills of quantities.
His role also involves taking a strong leadership role in the coaching and development of subordinate staff, undertaking regular business development, preparation of fee proposals and bids, fee invoicing and generating fee income.
