Rob is a highly experienced programme and project manager with over 14 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the built environment.
He specialises in leading large, multi‑project programmes and guiding clients through technically demanding developments involving existing buildings, smart technologies and operationally sensitive environments.
Rob has extensive experience across the commercial office, hotel, residential and logistics sectors, working with both occupiers and investors to deliver projects from early strategic planning through to completion. He is particularly skilled at structuring programmes, managing risk and coordinating large consultant and contractor teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and with clear commercial control.
Alongside his project delivery work, Rob is actively involved in the firm’s international activities through the International Client Engagement team, helping to connect global clients with the right expertise across the business and supporting the delivery of projects and relationships with an international dimension.
Rob joined WT at the start of his career and has developed professionally within the business over the past 14 years, progressing all the way through to Director level. This progression has given him a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, approach and global network. He is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach, helping clients navigate complex delivery challenges while maintaining a strong focus on programme certainty, cost control and long‑term asset value.
