Sofia is WT Partnership’s Client Relationship Lead for the UK, Europe and Africa, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and prospective partners across all sectors and regions.
She is responsible for leading senior‑level engagement, supports the Executive Management Team and wider Directors, and drives strategic business development and growth initiatives across WT’s advisory and delivery services.
With experience spanning commercial real estate, infrastructure and development‑led projects, Sofia works closely with executive teams to shape early‑stage strategy, support complex stakeholder environments and align clients with the right expertise across WT.
Her background in linguistics brings a strong cross‑cultural perspective to communication, market expansion and long‑term relationship building.
Sofia is also actively involved in industry leadership through CoreNet Global’s London Chapter and she sits on the British Council for Offices NextGen Committee. In 2025, she was selected as a MIPIM Challenger and presented on Leaders Perspectives stage at the conference, contributing to international discussions on workplace innovation and the future of real estate.
