Thomas leads WT Partnership’s business in Sweden and brings over 40 years of experience across the construction and property sectors.
Having been part of the WT network since 2011, and previously a partner and Chairman of WT’s Swedish joint venture business, he has built an extensive track record advising clients across a wide range of sectors including residential, retail, commercial offices, education, infrastructure and public sector developments.
A member of SBR, Thomas combines deep technical expertise with significant leadership experience. His background spans quantity surveying, cost planning, procurement, project management, construction law, dispute resolution and cost control, providing clients with trusted advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Thomas is also an accredited Quality Control Manager under Sweden’s Planning and Building Act and has been involved in a range of specialist initiatives, including the development of technical standards for major housing providers and national construction innovation programmes.
