A new award-winning modular residential tower comprising 89 apartments across 27-storeys of approximately 7,000m2 GIFA alongside the River Wandle. The scheme also included communal outdoor areas with secure space for bicycles.
The compact apartments are designed to suit the busy lifestyle of first-time buyers at affordable prices – at an average of 20% lower than the surrounding market price.
The £24 million project presented an opportunity to provide more affordable housing for residents in the borough whilst the introduction of modular construction resulted in both a time and cost saving for the client.
