A sustainable, high-quality office building in Westminster, designed to enhance the Smith Square Conservation Area.
The project carefully dismantles and rebuilds existing facades, ensuring the longevity of this important structure while reducing embodied carbon. Internally, it replaces outdated buildings from 1915 and 1929 with a new build, high-specification workspace that meets modern needs and adapts to future demands.
Wellness is central to the design, with upper-level terraces providing outdoor amenity and contributing to urban greening. The holistic approach prioritises efficiency, sustainability, and user experience, creating a building that works for people, place, and planet.
