Through the strategic reuse and enhancement of existing fit-out elements and building services, the project achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating while reducing embodied carbon and material waste.
The scheme incorporated recycled and locally sourced materials throughout, creating a modern, sustainable workplace aligned with the client’s environmental objectives.
