PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager for WT, I have been involved in a variety of construction projects based primarily in the public sector. In my role I am responsible for assisting clients by overseeing the comprehensive management of the whole of a project lifecycle, from inception to completion. I work proactively, collaboratively, and openly with all relevant stakeholders at every project stage to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.

Every project presents its own unique circumstances, challenges, and opportunities. Ensuring each project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner is a challenge I relish. Construction projects deliver lasting and impactful positive change to individuals and communities, meaning my role is very rewarding.

Alongside my usual role at WT, I also represent the Cambridge Office as our BMS (Business Management Systems) representative, in which I am responsible for ensuring that WT is meeting and exceeding the required standards in our requisite training, qualifications and auditing. As part of this, I assisted our office in our preparation for our recently achieved ISO 9001 & 14001 qualifications. In addition, WT are actively investing in my further development by sponsoring me for a part-time Master’s degree in Construction Project Management, which I am undertaking at Anglia Ruskin University.
