The refurbishment and extension of an existing shopping centre in two phases, the first of which included the conversion of existing office space into 4 small residential units as well as a refurbishment to the retail units.

The second phase is the larger part of the redevelopment and includes the re-configuration of the existing Ambulatory and Market Square, rooftop extension, and upgrade of the public realm areas.

The project is centred around the historic centre of Exeter, adjacent to the Cathedral. The main entrance to the centre is via a Grade II listed stone façade to which glazed panels have been added.
