SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

In my role as Senior Associate Director, I often offer senior strategic and leadership support to healthcare clients in the development and delivery of their major capital and transformational projects. I specialise in healthcare, with a particular focus on strategy and governance for complex programmes of projects.

As Senior Associate Director, I enjoy the challenges of working with client stakeholders to develop the vision for a project or programme, then navigating it through all the stages of development, writing business cases, securing funding and implementing the structures to deliver a successful project.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is finding routes to deliver projects for clients that otherwise would not proceed. This is most rewarding in healthcare as the projects leave a lasting legacy to improve the lives of countless people as well as the lives of the healthcare professionals.

Since joining WT I have had great opportunities to develop my career with support for my continuous professional development, charterships and industry certified training. In addition, I have been supported in my academic ambitions and have received sponsorship to join a PhD programme.
