The reclamation of brown field site and construction of 50 Nr affordable housing units. The Client wished to create an affordable Landmark scheme on this site. By engaging with the Stakeholders and Design team in a Value Management Workshop it was identified that this objective could be best achieved by the use of imaginative, yet inexpensive choice of external wall materials.
