The reconfiguration of the west end of Freshney Place shopping centre into a new public square and mixed-use destination for the community. As well as delivering a new market, the scheme creates a cinema, leisure and retail units and food and drink outlets.

The scheme comprised the design and construction a new six screen cinema and four in-line restaurants (A3/A4 use) and five additional units in A3/A5 use, together with an underpass, highway works, surface car park and landscaping (including a drainage attenuation pond and services).

A new standalone arena built within the existing Millennium Dome, providing a fully international standard multi-event centre which is the most technically and acoustically advanced concert venue in Europe.

The construction of a new performing arts building, sixth form block and sports hall for Channing School for Girls in Highgate to enhance their existing sports and arts facilities, along with re-landscaping works and a new glazed extension to the dining hall.

Developed by Turnstone the 32,000sq ft project comprises a 18,600sq ft six-screen Cineworld cinema (capable also of hosting theatre production) and four restaurants.
