The scheme comprised the design and construction a new six screen cinema and four in-line restaurants (A3/A4 use) and five additional units in A3/A5 use, together with an underpass, highway works, surface car park and landscaping (including a drainage attenuation pond and services).
WT Partnership was involved from the inception of the scheme. This included providing advice to our client on the most appropriate procurement taking into consideration the tendering market conditions pertaining at the time – limited contractor appetite for participating in a competitive single stage tender route. The outcome of a the two-stage negotiated tender route proved a successful outcome for our client
