The conversion of an existing 22 storey office building with permitted development rights to residential use.

Developed by gbpartnerships, this comprehensive facility encompasses a range of services, including a GP practice, outpatient services, a minor injury unit, expanded children's services, therapies and social prescribing offerings.

The reconfiguration of the west end of Freshney Place shopping centre into a new public square and mixed-use destination for the community. As well as delivering a new market, the scheme creates a cinema, leisure and retail units and food and drink outlets.

Bollo Lane is a landmark building comprising a 14, 8 and 3 storey tower.

A new residential tower comprising 89 apartments in a 27 storey tower of approximately 7,000m2 gifa alongside the River Wandle. The scheme comprises communal outdoor areas with secure space for bicycles.

The scheme comprised the design and construction a new six screen cinema and four in-line restaurants (A3/A4 use) and five additional units in A3/A5 use, together with an underpass, highway works, surface car park and landscaping (including a drainage attenuation pond and services).

WT Partnership provided Cost Management, Employers Agent and Principal Designer services for this new development retaining the existing facades of the historic 1920’s landmark on Leicester Square.
